The Shenzhen Hotel (Shenzhen dajiudian) is located in the busy Luohu Commercial District. It takes only a few minutes to walk to Dongmen Mall Street, the Diwang Commercial Mansion and the International Trade Mansion on foot.  It is 1km from the railway station and 70km from the airport. It was also the first hotel in Shenzhen allowed to receive foreign travellers.

The hotel is a two star with a total of 103 rooms. All of the rooms are equipped with DDD/IDD telephones, cable television and central air-conditioning. Room service is available on demand.

The business center provides standard services including photocopying, fax, typing, secretarial work and Internet access. Several conference rooms of varied sizes are also available. The hotel has a travel service department with domestic as well as international information and booking capabilities. In addition, the commercial service center  is in charge of ordering airport and railway tickets for travelers and provides other office services. Finally there is a shopping arcade for guests use.
